At BoatMarine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process. Please review our policy below before initiating a return.
1. Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: You may return most items within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags/labels attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order confirmation email, or packing slip is required.

2. How to Initiate a Return

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include the RMA number on the package.
- Ship to the provided return address.

- Deductions: Return shipping fees (if applicable) and original shipping costs (for non-defective returns) may be deducted.
