Return Policy for BoatMarine

At BoatMarine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process. Please review our policy below before initiating a return.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You may return most items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags/labels attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order confirmation email, or packing slip is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Items marked "Final Sale"
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation

2. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Our Support Team

Email returns@boatmarinellc.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Step 2: Wait for Approval & Instructions

We'll respond within 2 business days with:

  • A Return Authorization Number (RMA)
  • Return shipping instructions (if applicable)

Step 3: Ship the Item Back

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Include the RMA number on the package.
  • Ship to the provided return address.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Change of Mind Customer pays return shipping

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping method (e.g., UPS, FedEx). BoatMarine is not responsible for lost return packages.

4. Refund Process

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Deductions: Return shipping fees (if applicable) and original shipping costs (for non-defective returns) may be deducted.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Instead:

  1. Return the original item for a refund.
  2. Place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Take photos of the damage.
  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  3. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund.

7. International Returns
